You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform; use the service for any unlawful purpose; upload content that infringes on third-party rights; attempt to access other users' data; or interfere with the platform's operation.

Navos owns all rights to the platform, including its software, design, algorithms, and methodologies. You retain all rights to the data you upload.

5. Data ownership

6. AI-generated content

Advisory outputs, strategy reviews, intelligence briefs, and other AI-generated content are provided for informational purposes only. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Navos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After 30 days, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
